Design/Engineering



ComAlliance takes the time understand your business and the everyday task it takes for your team to be successful, along with the goals, plans and aspirations of management to design a complete solution or offer products that will meet both objectives. Once the design has been created and approved by the client, ComAlliance will final engineer the solution and prepare the requirements to allow for pricing proposals or quotes to be created and sent out.

Partner Proposals



ComAlliance will take the approved engineering / design and work with our premier partners and suppliers to have them provide price quotes for the solution and or products to meet the design. Proposals for all required products or services, even those outside of ComAlliance premier partner program will be presented as a complete package as a single source solution to the client

Contract Management



ComAlliance will work with all parties involved to create, negotiate and manage all contracts on behalf of the client, based on proposals and or quotes to create a single source for the project even though their maybe multiple parties involved to make it a complete turnkey solution

Project Management



ComAlliance will provide Project kick off, and though project management services to ensure products are ordered and delivered on time, along with providing complete project management services for the complex projects that include multiple partners, providers, functions and or services to provide a complete turnkey solution to the client.

Implementation



ComAlliance will ensure that all products and services are installed and turned up to meet the original design and engineering. Validate that everything has been configured, Implemented and tested to meet the goals and objectives of the project. Arrange for the proper training so all parties know how to operate and or manage the the new solution on a everyday basis. ​

Project Close Out



ComAlliance will oversee and manage the project close out process, to verify all products and services have been delivered​, installed and operating properly, along with the proper information and documentation being provided to meet the clients expectations prior to paying for the final invoice on the project and or product delivery. 100% client satisfaction is a must have, for ComAlliance to be successful.
